Brian Heder

Brian Heder is a drug runner from the heyday of smuggling in the Leonida Keys. According to Rockstar, he still moves product through his boat yard, together with his third wife, Lori.

He has been around long enough to let others do the dirty work. Jason Duval lives rent-free in one of his properties.

In return Jason helps with local shakedowns and drops by for Lori’s sangria now and then, Rockstar writes. Cal Hampton also works with Brian.
