GTA VI beer labels from a Florida brewery appear in a US database
Three beers from Grand Theft Auto VI may soon exist for real. Labels for Pißwasser, Patriot and a new lager called No Mames Vice City appear in a public database of the US government. All three come from a brewery near Miami.
The labels were found by the fansite iGrandTheftAuto in the database of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, the agency that approves alcohol labels in the United States. They were submitted by Tripping Animals Brewing, a brewery in Doral, Florida.
Three labels
No Mames Vice City is a lager of 6 percent. The label shows a dog in sunglasses with a gold Vice City chain, against a pink and purple sunset, and carries the GTA VI logo. It was approved on 9 October, according to iGrandTheftAuto.
Pißwasser and Patriot are beer brands that appeared in earlier games in the series. Pißwasser was approved on 29 September and Patriot on 15 October. Both have 4.2 percent alcohol, IGN writes.
What is not known
When and where the beer will be sold is not known. Rockstar Games has not announced a collaboration with the brewery. IGN thinks the beer could stay limited to bars and events in Miami, where the marketing for the game has spread across the city in recent weeks.
GTA VI comes out on 19 November for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
