GTA Online adds firefighting, forklifts and a paper route

Rockstar has added three Odd Jobs to GTA Online. Players can join the Los Santos Fire Department, load delivery vans for Alpha Mail, or deliver the Los Santos Meteor on a paper route. All Odd Jobs pay double GTA$ and RP through 4 February.

Firefighting starts at the fire station in El Burro, or from a Fire Truck the player owns. The work runs from fires and gas leaks to stranded cats. Answering dispatch faster pays more. Completing 25 dispatches unlocks an outfit.

Forklifts and newspapers

The forklift work is at the Alpha Mail warehouse near the airport. Players move pallets onto a conveyor belt. Loading up five times unlocks the Forklift Certified Outfit.

The paper route starts at the Meteor office in Strawberry. Papers have to be dropped at set addresses.

Around the new work

Completing five different kinds of Odd Job this week delivers a shirt within 72 hours. Older Odd Jobs also pay double, among them medical courier work and security deliveries.

On the other side of the law, cocaine production speed is doubled. Nine vehicles are 30 percent off, among them the Pegassi Zorrusso and the Grotti Cheetah.

Rockstar also mentions a Valentine’s mode and a Sports Classic arriving next week, without naming a date.
