GTA Online doubles payouts for several mission types

Rockstar is doubling the base payouts of several GTA Online mission types. It concerns Mobile Operations Missions, Casino Work, story missions and Project Overthrow. The change starts the week after 7 May, the studio says in its weekly announcement.

More than 30 vehicles are also getting a lower price. Rockstar says the new prices better match what the vehicles are worth. One fighter jet is going up in price instead, because of its usefulness.

Action against resale exploits

Rockstar says it is limiting the resale value of vehicles. That is aimed at players who abuse the resale system to make money quickly.

The studio frames both changes as part of ongoing rebalancing, alongside action against cheaters.

This week in the nightclub

Owned nightclubs pay double daily income this week. Nightclub warehouse production runs at double speed, and management missions pay double GTA$, RP and popularity.

Nightclub properties and their upgrades are discounted at Maze Bank Foreclosures. The discount percentage is not in the announcement.

What is still unknown

Rockstar does not name which 30 vehicles get a lower price. The exact start date of the payout changes is not given either, only the week.
