The Kortz Center Heist is live in GTA Online
Rockstar has released The Kortz Center Heist in GTA Online. Players rob the art collection of a Los Santos museum. The target is a Primary Target from the vault, and it can be sold or kept. Keeping it means hanging it in a mansion.
Reaching the vault means getting past security teams, CCTV cameras and laser tripwires. How that is done is left to the player, says Rockstar. Scoping out the building for longer yields better intel and reveals extra entrances and prep missions.
The Art Studio and a team
Hosting the heist requires the Art Studio, an extension to the Mansion property. Joining someone else’s crew does not require a mansion. A team unlocks a Secondary Target room that solo players cannot reach.
Mansion upgrades change the finale. An Armory adds a Mk II weapon to each loadout, a Vehicle Workshop improves getaway vehicles, and hired security lowers the Wanted level during the escape.
Selling only pays well once
Rockstar has added a weekly bonus for the first Primary Target sold each week. Later runs saturate the market and pay less, the studio writes. The same rule now applies to older heists, among them The Cluckin’ Bell Farm Raid.
The update also brings new vehicles and adds Missile Lock-On Jammers to 50 more of them. GTA Online is free to play on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and S through 20 July, without PS Plus or Game Pass.
