GTA VI pre-orders open on 25 June

Pre-orders for Grand Theft Auto VI start on 25 June. They open at digital storefronts and at selected retailers. Rockstar advises adding the game to a wishlist on the PlayStation Store or the Microsoft Store to be alerted. The game is due on 19 November.

The announcement also shows the official cover art for the first time. It can be downloaded from the Grand Theft Auto VI site.

What is missing from the announcement

Rockstar names no price and no editions. Whether there is more than a standard version is not stated, and neither is what a pre-order includes.

The exact time at which pre-orders open is also missing. Whether that is the same moment everywhere or per time zone is not mentioned.

Grand Theft Auto VI comes to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and S. Rockstar has confirmed the game is single player at release.
