Artists who have hinted at a role
A number of musicians have suggested they are involved, without Rockstar confirming it. Travis Scott posted a GTA VI styled teaser in September 2026 and tagged Rockstar. In July 2025 a car with the licence plate “GTA6 VI6” appeared in his video for 2000 Excursion.
ScHoolboy Q replied to a fan on Twitter in February 2024 that he would be on the radio in GTA VI. T-Pain said in a livestream in January 2024 that he works with Rockstar on the game. According to him he had to stop role playing on the server NoPixel because of a conflict of interest.
Ski Mask the Slump God wrote on Instagram that tracks by him and by the late XXXTentacion are in the game. Which songs those are, he did not say. The band Panama said in a since deleted Instagram comment that Back to Life, made with Poolside, would be in GTA VI.
Rapper Skrilla said publicly that Doot Doot would appear in the game. Neon Indian hinted in a podcast that his link with Rockstar has not ended. Freddie Gibbs is named in an interview with PC Gamer by content creator HipHopGamer, who says a rapper features in a side mission.
Megan Thee Stallion posted a video in March 2025 with a palm tree backdrop that resembled the promotional artwork. She later posted the same video as an advertisement for her own tequila brand.
Songs from the CyberLeek footage
Alongside a document with 25 songs, tracks were also heard in the footage from the CyberLeek hack, GameSpot writes with reference to Kotaku. Among them are Kansas, Stevie Nicks, Jamiroquai, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Tate McRae, Glen Campbell and George Strait. The material itself is unverified and Rockstar has not commented on it.
One detail does point in that direction. Rockstar added the Stevie Nicks track to its official GTA VI playlist on Spotify.
